Cheap steak
1 diced onion
2 T oil
1/2 c diced green pepper
1 large can tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut steak into strips and brown in skillet in oil. Add 1 large can tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Simmer 1 hour. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
