4 pints sugar (8 cups)
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup vinegar

Cook overnight in crockpot on low without the lid. Fill clean, ready to seal, jars.

For 100 oz applesauce-6 cups sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
