Ingredients:  
Roast Beef, cooked and cut up (usually the left over's of the Sunday meal)
potatoes, peeled and cut up
carrots, peeled and cut up
1 can green beans
1 can corn ( I sometimes use 2 cans of niblets)
1 can sweat peas
1 large onion, cut up
1 can tomato juice
3-4 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into large pot or even a slow cooker if you would like. It has to cook long enough for the potatoes and carrots to get done.

We like to eat with corn bread. We call it mush when you smash it all together. Yummy !!!
