2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Generously grease 6 - 6 oz custard cups, or 8 medium muffin cups.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in flour, milk and salt just until smooth ( do not overbeat).
Fill cups about 1/2 to 3/4 full.
Bake 20 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 350º; Bake 20 minutes longer.
Immediately remove from cups and serve hot.
