1 (one pound) bag plain M&M's
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Chop 1 1/2 cups M&M's. (Save the rest for topping.) Stir together flour, soda and salt. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually, beat in flour mixture. Add the chopped M&M's. Drop by tablespoonful on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Remove from oven and place 3-4 whole M&M's on top. Return to oven for 3-4 more minutes.
