Cake:
2 sticks butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda

Frosting:
1 stick butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, 1 cup water and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt. Mix until well blended. Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda until mixture is smooth. Pour into 9" by 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Frost while cake is hot.
For frosting, bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Mix well. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
