1 box of Uncle Ben's Wild & Long Grain Rice
Equal amount of white rice
Jimmy Dean ground sausage - (spicy or regular)
4 or 5 green onions, chopped
Tony's seasoning
1 white or yellow onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 pods of garlic, chopped
1 cup of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook both rice mixes and set aside.
Brown the sausage and just before it's done, add the green onions and bell pepper so they can cook until tender with the sausage.
Add to the rice mixture.
Add the chicken broth and Toni's; mix well.
Place in a casserole and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
