2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups quick oats
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan.
Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
Add the oatmeal, chocolate chips and nuts; stir well.
Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add the oil, eggs and vanilla.
Beat this mixture, and then fold in dry ingredients.
Pat evenly into pan.
Bake 350° for 20-25 minutes.
