hot dogs (one or two per person)
prepared mustard
mashed potatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
paprika
melted butter (about one or two T.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil hotdogs and remove from water. Split down middle but, not all the way through.
2. Place mustard down slit of hotdogs and stuff with mashed potatoes.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
4. Dot with melted butter.
5. Place under broiler until cheese melts.

All amounts of ingredients depend on the number of hotdogs prepared.
I use left over mashed potatoes from the previous night.
No need for for hot dog buns, these are great to eat with just a knife and fork!
