Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 3oz package softened cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp chopped chives
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 cup crushed, seasoned croutons crumbs
2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 cup melted margarine
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, cream cheese, chives, milk and salt in a medium bowl. Unroll crescent rolls. Each tube will contain 4 rectangles of dough with a diagonal perforation. Press dough along each perforation so the rectangle halves will not separate. Place about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle. Fold dough over the filling, and pinch the edges to seal lightly. Dip each rectangle in melted margarine, and coat with croutons crumbs. Place packets on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve either hot or cold. (Chicken mixture can be frozen in 1 quart freezer bag. Put croutons crumbs in another zip lock bag and attach to bag holding chicken mixture.) Keep crescent rolls in refrigerator until ready to use or purchase prior to using.
