1 cup sliced green onions (with tops)
1 tsp. dried dill weed
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 ten ounce pkgs. fresh baby spinach (washed & chopped)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 cups milk
4 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Phyllo dough
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute green onion, dill & spinach in olive oil until tender. Drain excess water.

In mixing bowl, beat eggs.

In large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter, whisk in flour & garlic salt & cook 2-3 minutes. Whisk in milk & bring to boil, stirring almost constantly (until thick). Stir 1/2 of this mixture into the beaten eggs to temper, then return all back to saucepan. Add cheeses, spinach mixture & baking powder. Set aside.

Melt one stick of butter. Brush bottom of 13"x9" baking dish with butter. Place 4 layers of phyllo dough in bottom of dish, brush with butter, add sauce mixture. Repeat process except only use 2 phyllo sheets per layer until desired thickness or when out of ingredients.

Bake uncovered @ 325º for 35-45 minutes or until top is brown.
