1/2 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1/2 CUP WATER
2 EGG WHITES
1/8 TEASPOON OF SALT
TEASPOON OF VANILLA

ADD SUGAR, SYRUP,WATER AND COOK STIRRING UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
COOK OVER LOW HEAT WITHOUT STIRRING
TO HARD BALL STAGE (265)
MEANWHILE BEAT 2 EGG WHITES AND SALT UNTIL STIFF , BUT STILL MOIST, ABOUT 2 MINUTES. SLOWLY POUR SYRUP ON EGG WHITES WHILE BEATING ON HIGH AND CONTINUE UNTIL MIXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN.
ADD VANILLA AND NUTS.
