1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 T chopped parsley
2 T chopped fresh herbs
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 strips of bacon halved
4 red skinned potatoes quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Brush grill with olive oil and heat the grill. Mix oil, vinegar, parsley, herbs, salt, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Cut up chicken into 1/2 inch chunks. Pour half cup of sauce over chicken, and save remaining sauce. Boil potatoes in salt and water for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse potatoes. Arrange bacon, chicken, and potatoes, on four 12 inch skewers. Skewer one end of bacon strip, put potato, the chicken, and then bacon again. Repeat process until skewer in filled. Grill 15-18 minutes or until chicken in done. Brush remaining sauce on skewers until done cooking.
