2 EGG WHITES BEATEN

COOK SUGAR, SYRUP, WATER UNTIL IT MAKES A GOOD THREAD. POUR GRADUALLY
OVER 2 BEATEN EGG WHITES AND STIR UNTIL IT HOLDS SHAPE,
