1 (3-4) lb. beef chuck roast
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
4 Tbsp. A-1 Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Heavy duty aluminum foil for wrapping roast.

Trim off skin if any, and fat.
Salt and pepper meat. Put on foil. Add undiluted mushroom soup and the A-1 Sauce. Fold in drugstore fold and seal ends so that no juice can escape. Cook on 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and cook for additional 1-1/2 hours. Let cool down before opening. Enjoy.

Drugstore fold is the following: Cut enough foil to overwrap the roast. Bring the top together and fold over, then fold over again. Seal with finger along seam. Then do the same with ends so that the juice does not cook out. Your roast will have lots of gravy.
