2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 jar salsa, divided
8 flour tortillas
12 oz. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir chicken, pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 of the salsa in a saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted. Spoon 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture down center of each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Stir Velveeta and milk in saucepan on low heat or in microwave until smooth. Pour cheese sauce down middle of tortillas in the pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Pour remaining Salsa over cheese mixture down center of enchiladas.
