1 stick of butter melted
2 cups of hot water (105-115)
2 packages of dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup dry milk
2 eggs
6-7 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 2 cups of water. Add dry milk, sugar, salt, and butter. Add 2 cups of flour and mix well. Gradually add in rest of flour. Knead in mixer for five minutes or hand knead ten minutes. Let rise in greased bowl until it has doubled in size. Punch down. Form into rolls or loaves, and let raise until double again. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 12 minutes. A loaf will take 25-30 minutes.
