1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. Salt
2 packages of dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 eggs beaten
4 cups flour

2 packages of 8oz cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
2 tsp vanilla
Reserve 2oz of cream cheese to save for glaze.

2oz cream cheese softened
2 T and 1tsp milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Heat sour cream on low heat. Stir in sugar, salt, and butter in large bowl. Sprinkle yeast over warm water, stir until dissolved. Add sour cream mixture, eggs, and flour. Mix well until a soft dough forms. Cover tightly and refridgerate over night. Next day, knead 3-5 minutes and divide into three parts. Roll each piece of dough into a 13X10 rectangle. Spread 1/3 of cream cheese filling on each piece of dough. Roll up jelly roll style. Fold ends under lightly. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Make three big X's on the top of each loaf. Cover and let raise to double in size. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until lightly brown. Spread with glaze.
