2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. Hot Sausage
10 oz. Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and Bisquick to form dough. You may need to add a little more water. Add uncooked sausage and cheese to the dough mixture and knead these ingredients together well. Roll this mixture into small balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until sausage is done or balls are browned. These freeze beautifully, but store them in a large container in layers between sheets of waxed paper.
