1 box saltines
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 C canola oil or 1 C extra virgin olive oil
2 t red pepper flakes
1 t cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Measure oil into measuring cup. Add ranch dressing mix and pepper. Stir well.
Pour oil mixture over crackers in a gallon baggie. Toss until well coated.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 250 for 30 - 45 minutes. (or you can eat them right away)

You can experiment with different seasonings too. Add dill and garlic powder or onion powder and lemon pepper. These are so good!
