Ingredients:
2 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 egg
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. water
1 whole chicken
onion powder
garlic salt
ground bay leaves
parsley
3 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water with onion powder, garlic salt, ground bay leaves, parsley (all seasoning to taste), and the chicken bouillon cubes. Boil until the chicken is falling off the bones. Separate skin and bone from the chicken meat. Put the chicken meat back into the pot.
In a separate mixing bowl add flour, egg yolks, egg and salt and mix. Once it is all mixed together add water and mix thoroughly until its of a doughy substance (mixing with your hands at this point is sometimes easier and more thorough). Sprinkle some flour down and roll out the dough into a thin layer (about 1/4 of an inch thick), then with a pizza cutter cut the dough into about 1/4 inch by 2 inch strips. Sprinkle flour over the top of the strips and roll them off of the surface and place them back into the bowl.
Bring the pot with the chicken and the seasonings to a boil again. Once boiling, add in noodles. Cook 15 minutes until noodles are done (break apart and you will see if it is cooked all the way through).
