1 cup dark or light Kayro syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. butter
4 quarts cooked popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Boil syrup, sugar and cream of tartar together to a hard ball stage, dropped in cold water.

Add soda and butter, then pour over popcorn, (be very careful, extremely hot).

Shape into balls as soon as you can handle them. Wrap individually in saran.
