1 LARGE ONION[CHOPPED]
1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY[MORE IF YOU LIKE]
1 CAN DRAINED MUSHROOMS-CHOPPED
8 CUPS WATER
1 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
1 1/2 STICKS OF BUTTER
9 CHICKEN BOUILLION CUBES[I LIKE CHICKEN SOUP BASE BETTER AND A CAN OF CHICKEN BROTH]

Directions:
Directions:
SAUTE ONIONS, CELERY, AND MUSHROOMS IN THE BUTTER UNTIL TENDER.
SPRINKLE FLOUR OVER VEGETABLE UNTIL WELL COATED.[MIXTURE WELL WITH PASTRY]
TO THE WILD RICE ADD WATER AND CHICKEN BASE AND BROTH.
ADD COATED VEGETABLES AND CREAM. HEAT AND STIR TO MAKE SURE VEGETABLES ARE BLENDED INTO THE SOUP.
ADD CHEESE 1 # OR MORE AS HOW CHEESEY TASTING YOU LIKE IT.
CHEDDAR CHEESE.................
