2 TBSP. CRISCO
2 TBSP. BUTTER
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR, FIRMLY PACKED
2 TBSP. MILK
1 CUP SHREDDED COCANUT

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE CRISCO, BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, AND MILK IN SAUCE PAN. AND BRING TOO BOIL. REMOVE ADD COCANUT. POUR ON WARM CAKE AND SPREAD EVENLY.
PLACE CAKE UNDER BOILER AND BROIL UNTIL COCANUT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN.
PECANS CUT INTO PIECES MAYBE SUBSITUTED FOR COCANUT......
