1 lb. ground beef
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 T chili powder
2 cloves garlic
2 cans condensed tomato soup
15 oz. kidney beans, undrained
1 T vinegar
1/4 t cinnamon
hot cooked spaghetti
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder and garlic until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Spoon off fat.
Add soup, beans, vinegar and cinnamon. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti and top with shredded cheese.
