1 1/4 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. coconut, flaked
1/2 c. apricot preserves

Icing:
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 T. butter
1/4 c. apricot preserves

Cookies:
Sift together into mixing bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter and cream cheese until fine. Add coconut and apricot preserves, blend well. Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Cool and frost.

Icing:
Combine 1 c. confectioners sugar with 1 T. butter and 1/4 c. apricot preserves. Beat.
