1 cup margarine
2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
2 c sifted flour and extra 1/2 for Utah (or higher elevations)
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla

Topping:
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients 1/2 at a time. Add to a bundt pan (I prefer stones, but it will work with other types) 1/2 at a time with topping in the center and on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

This one came from Connie Niemeier. It is really amazing how drinking coffee with this enhances the flavor. It's great as breakfast, dessert, any time. Matt enjoys putting powdered sugar on it.
