2 POUNDS OF FRESH SHRIMP

COMBINE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SHRIMP. BEAT WELL. PEEL SHELL FROM UNCOOKED SHRIMP, LEAVING LAST SECTION AND TAIL INTACT. CUT SLIT THROUGH CENTER OF BACK
AND REMOVE OR DEVINE BLACK LINE. DRY SHRIMP THOROUGHLY, DIP IN BATTER FRY IN HOT OIL-375º UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL, SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

DAD WOULD ALWAYS BRING BACK SHRIMP FROM THEIR WINTERS IN FLORIDA. A FAVORITE OF ALL THE MARSHALLS , POHLS,
