cooked rice of choice
ham diced
onions diced
garlic
ginger
soy sauce
sugar
grated carrots
green peas (optional)
scrambled eggs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute diced ham, diced onions and garlic in olive oil. When onions are clear add carrots. Cook a few minutes. Add rice and any other optional ingredients. Add soy sauce, sugar and ginger to taste. Cook until heated through.
This is just a dump recipe. I use whatever sounds good or is left over. This is a great dish for left over rice and ham.
