1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
5 1/4 ounces miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix.
2. Fold in thawed whipped topping, marshmallows and optional nuts until
well mixed.
3. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
