4 eggs
1 -1/2 C. light cream or evaporate milk
1 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 medium onion, cut in eighths
1 -1/2 C. swiss cheese, cubed
1 lb. pork sausage, crisply fried & crumbled,
or 3/4 lb. bacon;crisply fried & crumbled.
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 375º Put eggs, cream, or evaporate. milk, flour, salt, pepper & nutmeg into Osterizer blender container. Cover & process at mix until well blended. Stop blender to add onion pieces, and swiss cheese cubes. Cover & process 3 cycles- grind. Sprinkle crumbled sausage or bacon into bottom of unbaked pie shell & pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake 35-45 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
