2 Cups of Flourf
2 Tsp. of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Baking soda
1/4 Tsp. salt
1 Stick of Butter
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Ripe Banana Mashed
1/2 Cup of sour Cream
2 Tsp of Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Mix in mashed bananas, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt and add to wet ingredients. stir gently and pour into greased loaf pan.. ( 1 large ) Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 50 mins.
