If using a 13 X 9in. baking pan instead of a 8 x 8in.or 9 x9in. pan, double ingredients below:
Dough:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup of water or milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp of sugar
Topping:
1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa (which equals 2 packets of hot chocolate mix)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease baking pan (if using a 9 X 13in. baking pan, double recipe). Mix dough ingredients and put in baking dish. Mix topping ingredient with a fork or pastry mixer until crumbly. Spread topping mix over dough and drag a butter knife across like you were making a tic-tac-toe board several times. Bake for 25 minutes.
