6 yellow squash
1/2 c. sour cream
4 large onions
salt and pepper
1 beaten egg
1 packet of corn bread
1 bag of cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook corn bread and set aside. Chop squash finely and smother with onions. When squash is cooked, add salt, pepper, beaten egg, and sour cream. Mix with cooked crumbled corn bread. . Bake until top starts to get brown. Sprinkle on cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
