3 tbsp. poppy seed
1 pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
4 eggs

Beat together for 4 minutes. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes in bundt pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
