1/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 CUP DICED CELERY
1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN CHICKEN RICE SOUP
1 1/2 CUP HOT WATER
1/2 CUP UNCOOKED MINUTE RICE
CAN OF CHOW MEIN NOODLES

BROWN GROUND BEEF, CELERY, AND ONION.
DRAIN THIS MIXTURE. ADD MUSHROOM, CHICKEN RICE SOUP, HOT WATER, AND UNCOOKED RICE. BAKE AT 350º FOR 1 HOUR, THEN COVER WITH CHOW MAIN NOODLES AND BAKE 1/2 HOUR MORE.
