1 1/2 Kilo de Piloncillo
5 Litros de Agua

Cuando compre una piña, lávela muy bien antes de pelarla y así aprovecha las cáscaras en preparar un rico Tepache que es una bebida muy mexicana.

En una olla de peltre o de barro, se ponen los 5 litros de agua y se endulsa con el piloncillo, una vez que se disolvieron los piloncillos se le agregan las cascaras de la piña se tapa la olla y se deja fermentar durante 4 días. Una vez transcurridos los 4 días ya está listo el tepache, se sirve bien frio.
