1/2 kilo de carne de res blandita (palomilla o cabrerķa)
3 chiles verdes
2 tomates
3 dientes de ajo
1 cebolla
1 cucharada de manteca
sal al gusto
tortillas de harina de trigo

Directions:
Directions:
La carne se corta en tiras delgadas y se sazona con ajo y sal y se asa; antes de que dore se retira del fuego y se machaca.
Los tomates se pican en cuadritos. Los chiles verdes se asan y se pican en cuadritos. El ajo y la cebolla se pican finamente.
PROCEDIMIENTO:
Se frķen en la manteca o aceite las verduras con la carne y se sazonan con sal y pimienta. En el centro de las tortillas se les agrega el guisado de carne y se enrrollan, se frķen en aceite para que doren.
