1/2 Kilo de Papas
2 Huevos
100 Gramos de Queso
Aceite

Directions:
Se cosen las papas y se pelan, enseguida se machucan y se les agrega el queso, se sigue machucando para que se revuelva bien, después se le agrega el huevo y se revuelve bien y se le pone sal al gusto.

En una cacerola se pone a calentar el aceite.

Con una cuchara se toma un poco de la papa y se pone en el aceite, con el volteador se aplana la papa para que se forme la tortita.

Se sirven con salsa de tomate y lechuga
