250 gramos de maíz precocido ( nixtamal)
250 gramos de frijol
2 dientes de ajo
1 cebolla blanca
1 chile verde picado en rodajas
sal
PARA ACOMPAÑAR LA GALLINA PINTA
cebolla picadita
cilantro picadito
limón
chiltepín

Ponemos a cocer la carne con el nixtamal, frijol, dientes de ajo, cebolla, chile verde, pimenta en bola, ya que este todo cocinado agregamos la sal y dejamos unos minutos más en el fuego, lo servimos y agregamos cebollita picada y cilantrito, limón y chiltepín
