4 Chiles Poblanos
1/4 de Carne Molida
2 Huevos
Harina
Aceite
1 tomate
1 Trozo de Cebolla

Directions:
Directions:
Los chiles se asan, después se les quita la piel y las semillas.

La carne se pone a cocer con sal, ya que esta cocida se separa con un tenedor y se pone a guisar con poquito aceite, se le agregan tomate picado y la cebolla picada.

Se rellenan los chiles con la carne poniendo un palillo en la abertura que se les hizo para sacarles las semillas, enseguida se enharinan.

Se bate el huevo a punto de turrón y se pasan los chiles por el huevo y se ponen a freír.
