1/2 Kilo de Costillas de Cerdo
2 Rebanadas de Piña en trozos chicos
1 Chile Poblano asado, desvenado y en tiras
1 Cajita de Puré de Tomate
Sal y Pimienta
Directions:
Directions:
Se cosen las costillas y se doran con sal, se le agrega la piña y las rajas de chile, enseguida el puré de tomate y la pimienta.

Se deja un ratito a fuego lento.
