1 Kilo de Carne de Res picada para hacer carne en su jugo
1 /12 Tazas de Hojuelas de Maíz
1/4 Kilo de Tomates
1 Chile Serrano en escabeche (o jalapeños)
2 Cucharadas de Consomé

Directions:
Directions:
Se pone la carne picada en una cacerola para que se ase, moviéndola constantemente para que no se queme.

Se licuan los tomates, el chile y las hojuelas, después se vacea en una olla con 1 1/2 litro de agua. Ya que esta hirviendo se le agrega la carne ya asada y se deja cocer hasta que quede suave y se le agrega el consomé.

Se sirve con frijoles de la Olla, salsa, aguacate y tostadas
