1/2 c. mayonnaise,
1 egg,
3 ripe bananas, mashed,
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour,
1 c. sugar,
1 tsp. each baking soda & salt,
handful chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF

- Mix mayo, egg and bananas.
- In separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda & salt.
- Add wet mixture to dry, stir until moist. Stir in chocolate chips
- Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 20-25 mins.
