1 POUND OF FISH (USUALLY HADDOCK)
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 TABLESPOON GROUND BREAD CRUMBS (DRY)
1/2 TEASPOON SUGAR
3 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
1 TEASPOON OF SALT
PLACE DRIED PARSLEY,ONION FLAKES,CELERY FLAKES IN PAN.

Directions:
Directions:
PREPARE FILLET, DRAIN COMPLETELY.
SMEAR ABOVE INGREDIENTS ON FISH AND
SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA. BAKE AT 350-375º
FOR 30-35 MINUTES.
