2- 1OUNCE SQUARE UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
1/4 CUP SOFT BUTTER
1 CUP SIFTED FLOUR
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
BOWL OF POWDERED SUGAR

MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER. LET COOL. SIFT FLOUR,SALT AND BAKING POWDER. ADD SUGAR , EGGS, VANILLA TO CHOCOLATE MIXTURE. BEAT WELL. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE. DOUGH WILL BE VERY SOFT. COVER AND CHILL OVERNIGHT. SHAPE INTO BALLS, ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR, AND BAKE AT 350º APPROXIMATELY 8 MINUTES.
