2 CUP MACARONI
2-3 TABLESPOON BUTTER
3-4 TABLESPOON FLOUR
1/2-3/4 CUP OF GRATED CHEESE
1-2 TABLESPOON OF DRIED ONION FLAKES
SALT/PEPPER
2 CUP MILK (WARMED)

Directions:
BOIL MACARONI IN SALTED WATER, RINSE IN HOT WATER. PUT BUTTER AROUND
BAKING DISH, ADD DRAINED MACARONI,ADD FLOUR AND MIX THOROUGHLY. ADD CHEESE,ONION FLAKES, SALT AND PEPPER.
POUR ALMOST BOILING MILK OVER ALL TO COVER. BAKE AT 350º TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
