2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion-finely chopped
1/8 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/8 c. chopped mushrooms
1/8 c. chopped tomatoes
1/8 c. shredded cheese
1/8 c. crumbled bacon
**What you choose to stuff your burgers with is optional-use only what you like!
1-2 c. bbq sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Form 8 thin patties out of the 2 lbs. hamburger. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Combine shredded cheese, onions, grn peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bacon in bowl. Evenly distribute this mixture onto 4 of the thin patties.

Seal each of the patties with the other 4 patties creating a sandwiching effect. Make sure to pinch the sides closed all the way around or the stuffings will fall out.

Coat the patties on both sides with bbq sauce (we prefer head country) before placing them on the grill. Continually coat the patties with bbq sauce throughout the remainder of their cook time (about every 5 minutes or so).

Allow patties to cook for at least 15 minutes or until desired tenderness. Then put on a bun and eat!
