13 small potatoes
1/4 tsp. celery seed
6 slices bacon --- chopped
1/8 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. minced onion
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. light cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in their own skins until tender but firm. Peel and slice them at once and then cool.
2. Fry chopped bacon until brown. Add onions and saute until brown.
3. Remove from heat and blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper and paprika.
4. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
5. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute only.
6. Carefully stir in potatoes and bacon. Remove from heat, cover, let stand until ready to serve.
