6 Medium Baking Potatoes
Vegetable Oil
½ Cup butter
2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes. Rub with oil. Bake 400 for 1 hour.
2. Cut Potato in ½. Scoop out Pulp, leaving shell intact.
3. Mash pulp, stir in butter, 1 ½ cup cheese, sour cream, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
4. Stuff shells with potato. (use a ziplock bag to pipe pulp into shell)
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
